Unique Health requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. When the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge full cost of the appointment. In the event of a no show with no call or notice, the full amount of the service will be charged to your account should your cancellation (within 24 hours) time slot be requested by another client and we have to deny the request. Please note that direct billing your insurance company is not an acceptable method of payment for any missed appointments. If you have purchased a package with us, we will consider a session rendered.
We make every effort to be as lenient as possible when clients need to modify or cancel their appointment within 24 hours. The discretion will be based on the client’s regular punctuality, how often they use the services, the amount of times they modify their appointments and if they are a new client.
